“Nouvelle Histoire” – Heritage Rediscovered by Vlisco

Vlisco drew her inspiration from her own rich heritage in creating the new fabric collection 'Nouvelle Histoire'. In the collection, iconic Vlisco designs are rediscovered and redefined into new narratives, resulting in illustrative memoirs with a twist. The unmistakable Vlisco sense of sophistication is enhanced by the use of familiar colours. “Trésor Brillant”: Mystifying Brilliance by Vlisco

Now this is by far the best collection I've seen from Vlisco. Just like its name "Tresor Brilliant", this collection is brilliantly A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!! She has taken the “ankara” to a whole new level by incorporating other fabrics to birth the modern luxury designs. Who knew they could be so versatile?

 Shimmering radiance creates a vision of pure richness, drawing full attention to a mysterious woman wandering in the night. Gracefully flowing fabrics weave an enigmatic story, determined to uncover where her journey is taking her. “Gallery of Poems”: Dramatic Romanticism by Vlisco

Once upon a time, Vlisco created a mysterious new fabric collection called ‘Gallery of Poems’. Dreams wander, floating into your own fairyland. Step into a new world and view the designs as objects of inspiration. Some designs will magically transform into a piece of art, adding a romantic touch to the poetic drama, while others illustrate a surrealistic passing of time. The decorative collection is intensified by a flamboyant colour palette. ‘Gallery of Poems’ makes you feel like a fairytale beauty.

The Funky Grooves Collection by Vlisco

As we already know, Vlisco launches a new collection every quarter and this quarter was no different. Per Vlisco, the Funky Grooves collection draws from her proud history, inspired by global urban culture and couture craftsmanship. It’s a collection of contrasts, with edgy street wear influences reinterpreted through a lens of pure glamor. The new collection is a melting pot of ideas, using new colors to update Vlisco’s heritage designs, and classic Vlisco techniques to create new looks.

Raw, geometric lines, traditional wrap shapes, bold metallic studs and edgy industrial hues come together to create a modern vibe.

 The collection’s colours range from earthy browns, brassy golds and bronzes, to brick reds and shocking pinks, and fresh acid blues and greens

It all comes together in the Funky Grooves collection, for a look that is bold, punky and original, yet feminine and effortlessly easy to wear.

Optical Illusion by Vlisco

Vlisco takes color to a higher level, bringing it to life with the new 'Reflet de Lumière' fabric collection. The collection elucidates the disparity between silhouettes and movement with a colorful blurring effect.
 The designs create a surreal sense of structural forms, an illusion of architectural dimensions. This sensation is enhanced by the visual effect of morphing created by the interaction between shadows and the aura of colored lights, merging to produce a graphical collection of unique fabrics.
