Game Time: Shoes by Richard Braqo

Have you ever seen a shoe and said to yourself: "I like that shoe.", no, "I want that shoe", better yet, "I need that shoe" and finally, "I gotta have that shoe!". Well I just came across one of those, rather, several of those kinds of shoes.


Ghanian designer Richard Braqo will be officially launching his shoe line this Fall and I cam across some of the shoes that will be in the line-up. I died and went to shoe heaven. See for yourself ladies.

 Braqo first came to our attention for his award-winning collaborations with Cesare Paciotti. No wonder, as he’s a bit of a prodigy — hailing from Ghana, Braqo (born Richard Kwame Brako) moved to NYC at 18 and studied at Parsons, before going on to work with the likes of Ikram Goldman, Acne Studios, and Helmut Lang. Oh, and his own custom creations are a favorite of Rihanna


 Designing for next-level, luxe shoe lovers — including those of you with fine Italian artisan requirements — expect a sophisticated color palette of sapphire, moss, and cobalt.
